Through 10 years as a licensed massage therapist and reiki practitioner, I have truly learned the value of the mind, body, spirit connection. Living well isn’t a fad or trend, it’s a lifestyle that takes serious dedication and oftentimes a lot of hard work. Trust me, I have fallen victim to many a mocha latte. But hey, it‘s all about balance! Over the years I have collected various resources to help my clients and friends find sustainable wellness routines and sometimes even an oddball path to bliss. After way too many people asked me if I had a storefront for all of these resources, I finally decided to create one that would put it all together in one wacky package. As a mom to three daughters, I am always reminding them that pretty is on the outside, but true beauty comes from within.
